1) Pour 250ml of hot water into a thermal flask to preheat for about 10 seconds, and then pour it out.<\/span><\/p>\n

3) You may also add rock sugar, red dates, wolfberry, ginseng soup or cordyceps, based on preference.<\/span><\/p>\n
