    Birdnest
Birdnest refers to the nest of swiftlets that are made during their nesting and breeding season. For 1500 years, Birdnest has been used for their medicinal properties. High nutritional birdnest (EBN) is widely known for it’s immune-boosting and anti-aging qualities. It is classified as a ‘tonic’ in traditional Chinese medicine, which means it is best eaten on an empty stomach for better nutrient absorption.
